As a cohesive group, we are establishing an action group called the Selesa Hillhomes Strata Titles Action Group to actively champion the issuance of strata titles. Our mission extends beyond individual interests; we are dedicated to preserving the common property within the Selesa Hillhomes development. Through a representative (class) action in court, we aim not only to secure the issuance of strata titles but also to ensure that the management corporation rightfully inherits these vital assets (common property) from JMB. Our collective efforts empower each purchaser with legal ownership and effective representation within the property.
